The One Rule (root AGENTS.md) is enforced here hardest: non-darwin-tagged code never imports platform/darwin; cross via ports.SystemPort or a build-tagged dispatch pair. docs/ARCHITECTURE.md ("The One Rule") owns what the two enforcers exempt and why there are two of them — read it before assuming a package is or is not covered; the exemptions are file shapes, so a new darwin backend needs no edit anywhere and a directory named darwin that is not darwin-only would open the rule silently.
