The CLI entry point is cmd/mhl/main.go; packages live under internal/, including parser, ast, runtime, mcp, auth, traffic, and tools. Go tests sit beside the code they cover. End-to-end tests and .mhl examples are in test/e2e and test/fixtures. dist/ contains generated binaries, vscode-mhl/ contains editor support, and specs/ contains documentation.
