15271 skills total
These skills are committed into the repo (rather than living only in a developer's personal ~/.claude/skills/) so that Claude Code running on a GitHub Actions runner can invoke them. The automated agent workflow (.github/workflows/claude-issue-agent.yml) relies on /implement being available on the runner.
Invocable procedures the AI agent fires as /skill-name in Claude Code. Each skill is a self-contained runbook with trigger keywords, pre- conditions, steps, and a verification gate.
Prepare a new release of create-pr.
Build the entire OpenSNES SDK or specific components
Each subdirectory holds one SKILL.md: a procedure for a workflow that recurs across the repository. Claude Code loads these from .claude/skills/; other agents find them through the agent guide.
One folder per skill, each containing a SKILL.md:

Create a new GitHub release with proper versioning.
Start the Stash dev server. Launches Go backend + Vite frontend concurrently via pnpm. Use when asked to run, start, or preview the app.
This file is required. It explicitly maps conditions to skills. Triggering logic must never be implicit — if it isn't listed here, it does not run automatically.
