先阅读、再学习的外部资料入库统一工作流：根据用户提供的任意资料（网页 URL、本地文件如 .md/.txt/.pdf、或直接粘贴的文本），先通读掌握核心内容，再将其整理为结构化学习笔记（归档至 content/notes/）或全文中英双语对照剪藏（归档至 content/clippings/）。 当用户给出 URL、本地文件路径（如 @[/path/to/file]）或一段资料，并表达「如何学习这份文档」「整理学习笔记」「沉淀到知识库」「存进 notes」「全文翻译」「剪藏」「存到 clippings」「做个双语对照」「帮我消化/整理这份资料」「把这个存起来留着读」等意图时，务必触发本 skill。 核心机制：若用户明确指定了「学习笔记（notes）」或「全文翻译（clippings）」，直接按对应分支执行；若用户只说「存进知识库」「帮我整理一下这份资料」等意图不明确的表述，必须先向用户提问确认归档模式，绝不擅自假设。归档后还支持可选的费曼学习法轻量英语复盘。
